Shipping Carriers
Our preferred shipping carrier is SPEEDPOST by Singapore Post.
Track your Orders
After we have sent you the items you ordered, an email containing the shipping number will be sent to you. To track your orders, click here and key in the shipping number to find out the status of your package. If you have not received your tracking number, please write to us at enquiries@mudanjewellery.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Delivery Time
Please allow time for packaging and credit card verification when calculating the delivery time. Local deliveries takes about three to five days while overseas delivery may take up to one to two weeks to deliver.
Address and Email Validation
When you are ready to place your orders, please see that you've entered the correct address and email. If for some reason you feel that you have typed in the wrong address or email, please contact us at enquiries@mudanjewellery.com.
